January 2013 Buzz in Burlington!
Another fabulous opportunity for my Zumba classes - meeting another wonderful reporter Amanda King from the Burlington County Times who contacted me to feature my class in the "Buzz in Burlington". I feel really fortunate to have really lovely participants in my class and we have so much fun in class. Take a look at the January Buzz in Burlington article!

Meeting new people
One thing I love about being a Zumba instructor is meeting an array of people. I am lucky to have met some wonderful ladies in Burlington area that are so fitness conscious and personally very sweet and kind. All have families, jobs and lots of responsibilities and stress but take the time out to exercise, eat healthy and socialize a bit that makes life so much more gratifying. I had a lovely chat with a new zumbanista today and realized how much we have in common and it really warms my heart to know that I am able to inspire her in a small way to share our love of dance fitness. It is wonderful to meet and develop friendships that are so fresh and full of energy. Just a few thoughts for the day that made me love teach Zumba so much more. Peace, love and Zumba on!
