Bollywood and more dance fitness

Lots of have been happening with me. I was indeed blessed to give birth to 4 children, 3 of who are alive today. I have a supportive husband and family. I have a full time job, and a wife and mother. Always a dancer. Love dance and fitness. Love the results of fitness on my body and want to share it with new people. I am always learning new things, about eating and dance and fitness, and will keep learning.

I love meeting new people and listening to their fitness journey and sharing stories.

I was fortunate to meet some wonderful people recently. At ICC in Marlton, here I found lovely people mostly from my culture who want to learn more about fitness and I feel inspired and confident I can help them achieve their fitness goals. I love dance, and they love dance. We dance together. we have fun.

Jump Studio in Cinnaminson, a group of nice hearted people who strive to be fit and help each other, support each other.

I think you should surround yourself with positive people and people who share your goals and can always uplift your spirit and mind. And I find joy in doing just that. I will always be a student and I yearn to learn more new things.

I hope to meet you soon and share in your life as well. Lets make each other smile and be happy and healthy. Because to me, this is what life is about.

Zumba classes at MVP in Willingboro NJ

I think part of the reason I became a Zumba Fitness instructor is the opportunity to meet and hopefully inspire people to lead a healthy lifestyle as they inspire me as well. I love dance, I love fitness and both of them together = Zumba Fitness. I love that I am able to add my flair and flavor to classes and use really captivating music to party on. I love that people who come to me love to dance as much as me and we can support each other. They help me too, as I try to keep them intrigued and it is really a great experience meeting new faces and seeing them feel happy about a workout, yet it is my goal to make them not feel like they are working out. For me its like  girl's night or morning out everytime we meet. I have made wonderful friends, Mecca being my greatest supporter and she totally warms my heart. But so does Trina, Sandra, Annessa, Ebony, Aisha, Betsy, Mimi, Lisa and so much more. I pray that I always have good health and strength to keep doing what I love to do - teach Zumba Fitness!

New Class in Willingboro!!!!
